Topics include infectious diseases, molecular and cellular biology, elements of cancer biology, pharmacology and diagnostic approaches in the modern healthcare industry. Applied Biosciences has a broad modern science curriculum. Applied Biosciences (Health Informatics) explores the understanding and application of computational topics with a focus on analysing the large data sets of patient information that are beginning to aid the practice of medicine today.
