Sociology

The study of Sociology provides you with a toolkit with which to explore our lives, our social identities and our experience of families, education, the mass media, work and leisure. You’ll ask searching questions about the distribution of wealth and power within societies, and whether governments and social policies can improve the lives of ordinary people. 100% of our BA (Hons) Sociology students are in employment or further study within six months of finishing their degree (DLHE 2016/17)
