BSc (Hons) Food Science and Technology

This course has been designed to meet the needs of the food and drink industry. You’ll look at the chemistry, biochemistry and physics that underpin food manufacturing, as well as studying nutrition and the physiology of the human diet. Your learning will incorporate food production methods, product development and food regulation. You’ll also develop the skills needed to help tackle the challenge of producing and manufacturing food for a growing population.
