Sport and Exercise Psychology

Psychological intervention plays an increasingly important role in helping athletes to prepare for training and competition, and to increase exercise participation in the general population. This course provides the opportunity to gain a solid foundation in both psychology and sport and exercise science, and to apply psychological factors to influence performance in sport, or increase participation in exercise and physical activity.
