Human Resource Management (with Overseas Study)

The right staff can make or break a business. So attracting, engaging and developing key people is one of the most important factors in an organisation’s success. We help you develop essential knowledge and skills for a career in HR management. You’ll gain up-to-date knowledge of key operational areas including resourcing, employment law, employment relations and managing performance. In addition, you’ll develop a wider understanding of the specialism. We will enable you to analyse the external environment and its impact on people management. You will engage with research on HR and apply this research to contemporary issues within HR management (HRM). This will provide you with insights into the dynamic and fascinating world of HRM. We provide plenty of opportunities to expand on your degree. You can choose to study a language, spend a year working on placement, or study with one of our partner institutions abroad.
