Marketing: Marketing at Liverpool Hope provides continuous opportunities to apply academic theory to practical applications. The course enables students to understand marketing in context, marketing research and the discipline’s central role to business success, while allowing students to reflect on the moral and ethical implications of marketing behavior. Sport and Physical Education: Sport & Physical Education is a multidisciplinary subject delivered in a way that ensures graduates leave the institution with the skills to enable them to find employment. The philosophy of the curriculum is to deliver a skills-based theoretical, practical and applied experience which is underpinned by a foundation in subject knowledge and research skills. With these aims in mind the teaching activities range from traditional lectures, to seminars and tutorials supported by practical sessions both on the campus and at the University’s Field Centre in Snowdonia National Park, Wales. Students will have the opportunity to explore in detail a wide variety of principles and practices in different sports underpinned by both a theoretical and practical approach. The course will allow students to explore the impact of sport at the individual, team, organisational and wider community, from grass roots through to the elite level.
