You’ll gain an understanding of image, text, narrative and sequence, idea development, visual research, and image and content relationships. Skills in drawing, animation, digital crafts, presentation techniques and life drawing are all taught. You’ll work individually and in groups, on projects, assignments and presentations. Projects with industry will shape your understanding of real world situations. You’ll go on study visits, have the chance to work on placements and take field trips to destinations like New York, Berlin or Florence. You may choose an extra year in which you’ll study overseas, take a work placement or combine both.
