You’ll study issues such as global demography, resource scarcity and security, environmentalism and green politics, urbanisation, regeneration and gentrification, and inequality, poverty and exclusion. You’ll also develop research skills and be introduced to Geographical Information Systems (GIS). You’ll be able to specialise in an area of your choice by completing an independent dissertation on a topic that interests you. Residential field trips in the UK, Europe and overseas (currently South Africa) will give you the chance to put your learning into practice.
