Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology - Edinburgh Napier University

Graduates will develop knowledge of both HRM and organisational psychology theory and practice, enhancing their people management expertise. This is a one year part time top-up degree aimed at those who are currently working in the field of HR or Organisational Psychology and those who aspire to do so. Students applying for September 2019 should have already completed 2 years of an undergraduate business degree (or equivalent). You’ll gain the knowledge and skills of Human Resource Management, drawing on theoretical, practical and business focused perspectives. This will be combined with the study of key areas of organisational psychology to enable you to more fully understand the social and psychological processes operating in organisations and to develop ways of improving them through the application of specialist Human Resource Management processes.
