Secondary Education - Curtin University

The core education units comprise the bulk of the course and are taken throughout the four years. You will cover areas such as planning, implementing and evaluating learning experiences and programs; the curriculum learning areas; classroom management and teaching strategies; theories of learning; Indigenous education; and teaching children with diverse leaning needs. There is a strong emphasis on creating and nurturing an inquiry approach and analytic and critical thinking.
