The programme is designed to deliver key theoretical concepts and practical situations, with a strong theme of employability, as well as teaching and learning strategies to develop vital employability skills, to allow you to succeed in professional situations. Work experience is actively encouraged, as well as the importance of good networking skills, with guest speakers and industrial visits a regular feature of the programme. Our tutors have a range of industry experience and a wide range of industry links and contacts, with large national organisations and key public sector institutions, including banking, retailing, project management, marketing, import/export shipping and human resources, which will enhance your experience and will build your awareness of commercial practises. Work Related Learning is integrated throughout the programme through specific activities and through business scenarios. If you are a student in employment or in an Apprenticeship, you will be able to use your own workplace as a reference point for the completion of assessments. Support with case studies will also be provided to ensure practical experience.
