The BSc in Mathematics with Computing Science options is designed for students who are keen to study some additional Computing modules as part of a Mathematics degree. The course is essentially the same as our general BSc Mathematics degree but with the option of learning Java programming in year one and more computing modules in later years. The course has an essential core of pure mathematics linked with a wide range of modules from applied mathematics, statistics and computing. Much of year one is common to our courses, so if you wish to change to another course within the School this may be possible.
