This is the 4 year course which includes a Professional Placement Year. Food with Nutrition at Bath Spa University offers a dynamic programme that fuses academic and vocational learning to equip yourself for employment. Throughout this course you’ll explore the complexities of the food chain, including the needs and demands of consumers and the controls that exist to ensure food is nutritious and safe. The placement occurs between the students' second and third years of undergraduate study. Students can engage in up to 3 placements to make up the total time and are required to source the placement(s) themselves with support from the Careers & Employability Team.
