Mathematics has been taught at Aberystwyth since the foundation of the university in 1872, making it the oldest Mathematics department in Wales. In your Mathematics modules, you will start by studying core modules in algebra, calculus and mathematical analysis, with optional modules in areas such as probability, statistics, and differential equations. Film and Television Studies combines practical, historical and theoretical approaches to the technique and examination of film and television productions, institutions and cultures.
