The Study Abroad and Exchange Team facilitates the outward and inward mobility of around 300 students per year and has strategic growth plans to further increase numbers in line with Universities UK International's 'Go International: Stand Out campaign'. As part of the wider Careers, Placements and Students Opportunities Team, our study abroad and exchange activity plays a valuable role in achieving the University’s employability and internationalisation strategic aims. 

The successful candidate will supervise the administration and information/advice/guidance provided by the Study Abroad Coordinators, in addition to having a portfolio of students and partners to support. The post holder will lead on developing internal processes and systems to support continuous improvement and service delivery excellence.

You will have experience of managing a complex workload and prioritising competing demands and experience in developing administration procedures. You will have excellent project management, IT, problem-solving and culturally aware communication and interpersonal skills.
