JRF for the Collaborative DST Funded Project in School of Electrical Engineering
Title of the Project: Development of a High-speed, Compact OCT Imaging System
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST Funded Project (Sanction Order No. IDP/MED/53/2016) in School of Electrical Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore Campus
Qualification:
M.Tech / M.E. (VLSI/Applied Electronics / Embedded systems / Sensor Systems / Biomedical) with GATE / NET qualification (OR) B.Tech / B.E (Electronics Communication Engineering(ECE) / Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)/Electronics and Instrumentation with GATE / NET qualification.
Candidates not qualified in GATE/NET, having the desirable skills mentioned below may also apply and stipend will be according to Institute policies.
Desirable Skills:
Candidates with sound knowledge in C/C++/ HDL/Image and Signal Processing/ MATLAB/ FPGA Implementation/ Knowledge in Simulink tool is expected. Experience on Hardware and Software Co-development, Optical Coherence Tomography is more desirable.
Stipend: Rs.25,000 + 10% HRA (Per month)
Sponsoring Agency: Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi.
Duration: 3 Years
