What Learning and Development Opportunities are available?

We understand that development and career progression is a vital component that not only leads to increased job satisfaction in our employees but that is crucial to the ongoing success of the University.  We encourage development at every level, for every member of staff. Our Organisational Staff Development Unit (OSDU) offer a range of courses, seminars, workshops and lectures covering a variety of different areas such as leadership, project management, personal effectiveness and organisational skills. As well as this, we support our employees taking part in University-wide projects and activities to develop their skills and professional networks.
