Our professional HR Department staff have relationships with every area of the University at both a strategic and operational level. Human Resources covers the areas of operations, reward and benefits, organisational development, engagement and well-being.

To support the University’s expansion and continued success, we have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join our award-winning Reward Team. 

Our team supports the HR function in terms of delivering against the University strategic objectives and ensuring that a professional and solutions driven service is provided around all payroll, pensions, expenses and employee benefits. To succeed in our team, you will need to work with minimal supervision and be able to ensure that work meets our high quality standards. You will be a clear and effective communicator with keen attention to detail, and you will thrive on putting our customers at the heart of everything you do. As well as working with colleagues in the HR Department, you will build relationships and work collaboratively with academic and professional services staff across the wider University community, our students, and candidates who are eager to join us at Lincoln.
