The Student Wellbeing Service within the Directorate of Student & Academic Services, seeks to appoint a self-motivated individual to provide an efficient and proactive administrative support for a dynamic multidisciplinary team. As a key member of a small administration team you will support the department by developing and maintaining effective administrative systems and communication procedures.
You will ideally have experience of working in an educational setting and/or Healthcare reception and advice service. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as you will be providing a help desk and reception service for students and relatives, as well as responding to enquiries from a range of external professional and specialist organisations. You will also be representing the department at Open Days and leading on Induction presentations. The post-holder will be a skilled and experienced administrator who possesses strong IT and numeracy skills. You will also have an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy student centre environment.
