The University Of Greenwich is seeking two Teaching Fellows in Business Studies. The roles are offered as 0.5 FTE (full time equivalent) and will be based in the department of Systems Management and Strategy in the Faculty of Business.

The Faculty of Business, based in the Old Royal Naval College at Greenwich - a UNESCO World Heritage site - has a strong commitment to diversity and internationalism and this is reflected in our staff and student profiles.

The Department of Systems Management and Strategy has a wide portfolio of undergraduate programmes in the general area of business studies with specialisations in strategy, decision making, project management, operations, entrepreneurship and innovation, sustainable development and responsible planning and management. The Department also runs a Masters in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and an Executive MBA programme. There are strong research teams within the department which provide research that is of significance to businesses, the society and environment, urban ecosystems and the circular economy.

The positions offer opportunities for teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and enable capable candidates to play an important role in the shaping of the future development of the department’s approach to its curriculum design. We are particularly looking for candidates that enjoy teaching subjects relating to business operations, strategy, entrepreneurship, as well as personal and professional development. Applicants need to be confident in delivering inspiring learning materials and activities within a blended learning environment and providing excellent student support and pastoral care.
