£39,993 - £74,259 (Lecturer salary from £39,993 - £47,722 a year with potential progression (to £53,690 a year)). (Senior Lecturer salary from £49,148 - £56,950 a year with potential progression (to £74,259 a year)).

Lecturer 

As a lecturer you will be expected to create and disseminate knowledge through initiating and conducting original research, through publication and through developing and delivering undergraduate, postgraduate and CPD programmes in HRM or Organisational Behaviour. 
 

Senior Lecturer 

As a senior lecturer you will be expected to create and disseminate knowledge at a senior level through initiating and conducting significant original research and through developing and delivering undergraduate, postgraduate and CPD programmes in the field of HRM or Organisational Behaviour.  Undertaking research, which contributes to the progression of your discipline, you will lead successful funding bids, and publish research in leading journals.

You will

  • Normally, hold a higher Degree (usually PhD) or equivalent qualifications relevant to HRM or Organisational Behaviour.
  • Have an excellent national reputation and a developing international profile through significant original research work and a clear record of impact.
  • Demonstrate an excellent and sustained record of peer reviewed research publications and a sustained research income generation.
  • Have a reputation for the development of teaching and learning excellence and a track record of substantial and sustained enhancement of the student experience, and/or employability.
