College of Pharmacy

  The PNU College of Pharmacy was established by virtue of the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers and President of the Higher Education Council, no. 8626/m​b on 27/9/1328 AH. The college is proud to be the first college in the world to specialize in graduating all female pharmacists. The college aims to graduate pharmacists able to keep abreast with the development witnessed by the Saudi health sector and to provide high quality pharmaceutical services to patients. 

The college offers the Bachelor degree in the Doctor of Pharmacy program, which consists of 210 course units. The program is characterized by its rich content of basic pharmaceutical sciences and condensed clinical practice. Hospital training throughout the years of study and during internship provides students with the ability to compete in the labor market. 

The college also strives to keep abreast with international developments in pharmaceutical education by meeting the requirements of the Accreditation Council of Pharmacy Education.

The first cohort of students graduated in 1434/1435 AH.
