The successful candidate will provide academic and research leadership in the area of Business Information Systems and Analytics and make a significant contribution to the development of research and, through personal publications, to the future Research Excellence Framework. You will take a leading role in contributing to the ongoing development and growth of relevant teaching, CPD, research and consulting activities and be able to provide leadership within the broad area of Business and Management. 

You must have extensive and detailed knowledge and subject expertise evidenced by research and/or consultancy and be able to foster and develop collaborative links with academic, business, third sector and public sector partners.  As well as having a strong publication record and evidence of ability to generate research income, commensurate with the title of Professor, you must have the ability to empower people in a professional environment.
