Assistant Professor in Classical Archaeology

Qualification requirements:   Ph.D. academic degree

Entry requirements:

• qualification and practical experience in the field of archaeology with specialisation in classical archaeology (Roman Period, Italy and Mediterranean, Roman provinces, Limes and Barbaricum)
• research activity and international publications in the fields Classical archaeology and Archaeology
• participation in teaching within the scope of Bachelor’s studies in Classical archaeology and follow-up Master’s studies in Archaeology
• supervision of Bachelor’s and/or Master’s theses
• participation in research projects and international cooperation
• ability to lead a research team
• interest in development of internationalisation of the field Classical archaeology
