We are looking for a Research Assistant with a keen interest in RNA biology, viral biology, asthma and computational biology. You will have an MSc in a related discipline. You will also have knowledge and a keen interest in RNA processing, particularly RNA decay and/or RNA binding proteins. Bioinformatics skills will be an advantage for this role. This project centers on understanding RNA regulatory mechanisms underpinning infection. Our lab centers in understanding molecular mechanisms regulating innate immunity at the post-transcriptional level and their links with asthma disease.
