Category Manager Estates & Facilities Soft Services

Provide procurement advise and support to the University’s Estates & Facilities Directorate ensuring that best value for money is delivered and commercial risk effectively managed both in the procurement and delivery of the contracts. The key workload will be to facilitate the university in the transition of the outsourced cleaning and security contracts to an in-house provision and contribute to the wider procurement transformation process.

We are looking for a candidate who has;

• Demonstrable ability to proactively source across FM and Operational categories

• Experience of developing and delivering robust Procurement Strategies
• The ability to engage and influence stakeholders through to Director Level
• Extensive experience in the FM and Operational space

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 24 months.
