Brief Description            

  • Support the experimental aspects of the optical fiber sensor project for pavement monitoring and the management of the test results for development of a database to analyze the pavement performance

Detailed Description            

Operational Responsibilities

  • Support installing optical fiber sensors and operate data acquisition equipment and post-process and interpret the data in laboratory and field experiments.
  • Participate in the team effort for the development of data acquisition and database for identification of various pavement distress mechanisms and phenomena.

Job Requirements            

Required Qualifications

  • Research Associate: Bachelor's degree from above departments, plus five or more years of relevant experience.

Required Experience

  • Candidates with previous experience on monitoring are highly encouraged to apply.
