About the Role

  • Responsibility for managing the operation, staff and processes for the maintenance and management of the student records.
  • Ensure the processes associated with data management are customer focused and streamlined.
  • proactively assist with the with preparations for statutory funding bodies and statutory data returns working closely with the Head of HE Information Systems and Development.

About You 

  • You will have experience of working in the higher education sector with knowledge and understanding of the key issues in the HE sector.
  • You will demonstrate excellent people management skills
  • You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act with tact and discretion.
  • You will be highly organized.
  • You will have experience of working with data and reporting on its accuracy.
  • You will have the ability to work under pressure, taking a methodical approach with an excellent eye for detail.
