Salary package: $141,416 - $174,814 plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed Term (5 years)

This is achieved through discovery research, applied research in health service settings, research-led teaching in health and medical sciences, and the translation of research findings into practice and policy. The ANU College of Health and Medicine comprises the Research School of Psychology, the ANU Medical School, the John Curtin School of Medical Research and the Research School of Population Health. These schools work together to deliver world-class research and education across the spectrum of medicine and health-related fields, working in partnership with the health sector at local, national and international levels.
The Associate Dean (Rural and Indigenous Health) is a key leadership position in the Medical School. The position plays a critical role in the development and achievement of the School’s strategic goals in the areas of Rural and Indigenous Health and will have particular responsibility for the academic leadership of the Rural Clinical School, its programs, and their continuous quality improvement, and alignment with the University’s strategic directions in medicine and health sciences education. The position will strengthen and enhance the successful teaching and training initiatives in the Rural Clinical School and the South East NSW Regional Training Hub, further develop rural research capacity and support and strengthen initiatives in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health education.
