Since its establishment in 1989, The University of Notre Dame Australia has built a reputation for excellence.
It consistently rates in the top group of universities nationally for overall quality of educational experience, skills development, student support, and graduate employment. The University has 11,000 students across campuses in Fremantle, Broome and Sydney.
With the term of the current Vice Chancellor ending in December 2019, the Board is now conducting a national and international search for an outstanding leader to take the University to the next stage of its development.
The successful candidate should be an outward looking leader, capable of building on the University’s proven strengths and promoting its public presence by advocating for its unique culture of excellence.
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to Catholic faith and values and the capacity to promote Notre Dame’s authentically Catholic character. Exceptional communication skills, a commitment to students and staff and a track record of leadership at scale are also essential.
The position is based on the Fremantle Campus and will require frequent interstate travel.
