The University of Central Lancashire is one of the largest employers in the North West and has a significant Estate in Preston. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our thriving Estates Services Department as Estates Project Team Delivery Manager.
The purpose of this role is to lead a team of internal buildings/project managers and external consultants to provide a customer focussed, safe, efficient and value for money project design, development and delivery service in support of Estates Services objectives and wider University Strategy.

Staff and process development are key skills and you will be responsible for developing the service into a customer focused proactive delivery team, through development and implementation of clear efficient processes whilst fostering and maintaining positive collaborative working relationships with University schools, departments, teams and external stakeholders.

You must have up-to-date knowledge of current building legislations and its implications, experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures, and excellent people management skills. Educated to Degree level or with the equivalent in a relevant discipline, you will have full membership of a relevant professional institute, such as RICS, CIOB or CIBSE.
