Vacancy: Training and Compliance Officer - London
Arden’s rapid growth has created an opportunity to expand our training and compliance team. Based in London, you will plan, develop, document and deliver all aspects of training in relation to UK Blended Learning recruitment as directed, within available resources and to agreed budgets and timescales.
Reporting to the Training and Compliance Manager, you will ensure that the business has sufficient qualified Course Advisors to meet recruitment objectives and achieve quality standards, whilst always adhering to best practice. You will coordinate all activities concerned with training requirements, ensuring a collaborative, communicative and unified approach.
Additionally, you will provide specific training, including Arden Course Advisor Inductions, to new starters and undertake duties to ensure ongoing training is planned and delivered. This will involve regular monitoring of UK course advisors and providing detailed feedback and proposals for improvement to business stake holders.
Please note, some travel within the UK will be required for this role.
You will be able to work both independently and within a team environment, you must be self-disciplined, organised and happy to take a lead. You will have exceptional communication skills and ultimately be an outstanding face-to-face communicator. You will need to be a people person, having excellent social and interpersonal skills. Empathy and strong listening skills are also important.
You must be comfortable in delivering training on a one-to-one or group basis. Experience in training and its delivery would be beneficial. Your experience has given you enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You will have the ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively and work to deadlines. Accuracy and good attention to detail is also crucial.
