Sloan School of Management, to manage the Technolutions Slate CRM system for the MBA, Sloan Fellows MBA (SFMBA), Master of Business Analytics (MBAn), Master of Finance (MFin), and MSMS programs. 

Will improve and maintain data, imports, exports, queries, and rules; process and build each program’s application for admission; manage and ensure the integrity of applicant and student data; create detailed weekly and monthly reports for use across the admissions team; provide business intelligence solutions, developing visual charts, dashboards, and presentations to support senior leaders; identify data needs and provide analysis for each admissions team--marketing, recruiting, operations and evaluation; develop innovative solutions to improve departmental strategy and operations where precedents or procedures may not exist; and train team members on the use and best practices of the Slate CRM.

Job Requirements

REQUIREDa bachelor’s degree; strong analytical skills; least three years of experience working with data analysis and reports; ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; ability to track multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure with frequently changing priorities; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; demonstrated success in customer service; ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines; organizational skills; and attention to detail..

Experience with Tableau, SQL, and programming languages strongly preferred. Experience with a CMS (WordPress, Drupal) and CRM (Slate) highly desired. Experience using the Technolutions Slate suite of products is preferred. Will be expected to use web-based tools such as Slate, SharePoint, and Qualtrics.
