  • Fixed term, full time appointment (9 months)

The School of Computing and Information Technology (SCIT) is one of six Schools within the Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences at the University of Wollongong. It delivers a full range of quality courses, both onshore and offshore (Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong), ranging from undergraduate Bachelor’s degrees, through Coursework and Research Masters to PhD programs.

The Institute of Cybersecurity and Cryptology at the University of Wollongong aims to be a world class Research School and this position is expected to contribute towards that aim. To fulfil the requirements set in the HIRP project funded by Huawei.

This position is responsible for the development of an adaptable implementation of Elliptic Curve encryption protocol, supported through a Huawei Innovation Research Program grant reporting to Senior Professor Willy Susilo. This position will directly contribute towards the research and development within the research institute.
