We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and resourceful Business Innovation Manager, who will manage the day to day operation of the new Ideas Factory Incubation Centre at NUA, and develop and deliver the Entrepreneurship and Employability programme.

This post sits in the Business and Employability team, and was created as an integral part of NUA’s innovative approach to sustainable employability for our graduates in their chosen careers. The Ideas Factory Incubation Centre opened in early 2016, and is designed to encourage and support start-up businesses in the Digital Creative Community. The challenge now is to encourage more NUA graduates to start their own business after graduation.

The Business Innovation Manager will work as part of a small team with big plans, in the Ideas Factory building in the centre of Norwich’s creative quarter.
The successful applicant will understand, and empathise with the challenges faced by small creative businesses, and will share their ambition to succeed. They will also be passionate in their desire to create an energy and focus for Employability within the NUA community. Previous experience in business start-up will be an advantage.
