Educational Technologist, Center for English Language and Orientation
The Educational Technologist acts as a resource to faculty in the design, development, and management of technology-mediated teaching and learning, especially in regards to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related educational technologies. This position will also provide instruction, training, and resources on the effective use of various educational technologies for language instruction based on ongoing research in educational technology. The position will develop, implement, and deliver training programs designed to assist faculty in understanding pedagogical principles of technology-mediated learning for on-campus traditional, blended, and online-only instructional modalities. Reports to the Associate Director for Academic Programs.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Three to five years of experience.
This job is 60% (24 hours hours/week).
