We are seeking an Administrative Officer who will report directly to the Head of Department and who will lead and oversee the administrative functions of the Department. The role will involve high level of service for staff and students along with significant input into the development of new systems and procedures to support a growing department. These are to be developed in conjunction with Faculty and University systems and processes to meet the operational needs of the Department. The position is a permanent full-time post.
Administrative Officer I Salary Scale: €47,852 - €68,233 per annum (9 points)
Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.
*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the above scale.
23:30hrs (local Irish time) on Friday, 26th August 2018.
