Post-doctoral Fellow in the AIDS Institute of the Department of Microbiology

Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the AIDS Institute of the Department of Microbiology, to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in Medicine, Microbiology or Biology, and be highly competent in immunology and molecular biology techniques. Preference will be given to those with work experience in transcriptome, animal models and molecular experiments. The appointee is expected to work independently and play an important role in the team on molecular mechanisms of protective immune responses during HIV infection or cancer immunotherapy. He/She will need to design and perform experiments, which involve animal immunization, immune assays, flow cytometry, cell imaging, deep sequencing and data analysis, etc. Enquiries about the post can be sent to the AIDS Institute at firstname.lastname@example.org.
