The Department of Management & HR is responsible for our largest undergraduate and postgraduate courses in global business working with over 800 students. The department employs over 40 full and part time academics engaged with teaching and research in the areas of Strategy and Operations, HR and Organisational Behaviour, and Entrepreneurship.
We are looking for a Principal Lecturer in Strategy & Operations Management who shares our passion for delivering an excellent student experience and developing student attributes to enhance their future career prospects. Candidates will relish the opportunity to join the senior management team and play a key role in supporting the Head of Department in the development of new curricula and creating the Strategy & Operations management research agenda. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and develop an energetic and forward-thinking interdisciplinary team teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. They will also work as part of an established team of Principal Lecturers from a range of disciplines on projects to enhance students learning in a supportive collegiate working environment.
