A Postdoctoral Research Associate position with Prof. David J. Procter is available for up to 24 months and will involve the development of asymmetric copper-catalyzed multi-component coupling reactions for target synthesis. An outstanding and ambitious synthetic organic chemist is required, preferably with experience in methodology development and target synthesis. You should be capable of working under your own initiative and leading a research team, so excellent communication and organisational skills are also required. You should have, or be working towards, a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry.
