Senior Customer Insight Officer, Market Intelligence
Sheffield Hallam University is looking for an experienced primary market researcher to work within our Customer Insight team.
As part of the Marketing department, the Customer Insight team focuses on delivering expert customer research and data analysis to inform and optimise student recruitment and marketing activities, enabling optimal return of investment against business goals.
In this role you will contribute to our customer insight provision by managing qualitative research projects, analysing complex primary market research data, analysing customer behaviour (including digital behaviour) and competitor activity. You will have a comprehensive understanding of different research methodologies, providing advice and guidance to select appropriate research methods.
Excellent report writing and interpretation skills, and responding directly to business objectives, are essential as well as proven experience in working with external research agencies to deliver primary market research projects.
