Hospitality Services are seeking to appoint two full-time Café Bar Supervisors (one position is year round; the other is term-time only, 34 weeks of the year) for our high-volume café bar operations: you will be located primarily at the Hawthorns, located on Woodland Road in Clifton, in the heart of the University Campus.

You will be an experienced Barista, with excellent front-facing communication skills.

Previous supervisory experience is essential for this role and you will need to be adaptable and flexible as this is a busy and varied position assisting in the day-to-day management of University Café outlets, for the delivery of quality service, cost effective, efficient supervision of Café and Bar Staff and deployment of physical and human resources within the outlets.  

The University’s Hospitality Services department, which provides a diversity of services to students, staff and visitors, including catering, vending, bars, cafés, meeting rooms and banqueting, is located throughout the University and you will be expected to work across all our locations as required.

This vacancy will operate a five days out of seven working pattern, in line with terms and conditions.
