Based at our tennis centre at Coombe Dingle Sports Complex you will contribute to the largest tennis coaching programme in Bristol and join an ambitious, dynamic team.

You will coordinate an inclusive tennis programme working in partnership with partner schools, the LTA, Tennis Foundation and a host of local and regional partners. Much of the activity will be delivered away from Coombe Dingle with a focus on growing participation and converting participants to activity at Coombe Dingle to increase participation and income expectations against our budget.

Working as part of the Tennis Team this role will engage in team and division-wide efforts to engage and retain participants with the aim of consistently delivering outstanding results and enriching lives through tennis.

In addition, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of an annual competition plan that meets the needs of players across our programme including Mini Tennis, Teen Tennis, Student Tennis, Disability Tennis and Adult Tennis.

You will positively contribute to the wider development of the division’s work, particularly in relation to raising levels of participation to improving health and wellbeing amongst students, staff and the public.

You will have significant experience working with children and adults with a range of abilities and expectations and will be a minimum Accredited + LTA Level 3 coach.
