Reporting to the HR Relationship Manager, the HR Business Partner provides high quality advice, coaching and support to senior leaders on all people related matters. You will be able to work effectively with and support a diverse range of stakeholders spread across a number of locations in Queensland. You will be comfortable with working in a changing environment and act as a change champion for broader HR initiatives, collaborating with HR colleagues. Working closely with client groups you will contribute to the implementation of strategic workforce plans, employee relations, strategic recruitment, broader organisation development, and talent management.
You will initially be based at the Herston campus and will be required to be on-site at various locations in South-East Queensland on a regular basis; and will be happy working in an environment where each day is different.
We are looking for a HR Business Partner seeking a challenging role where you have the opportunity to feel valued by an impressive client group and help them achieve their best. Ideally you will have a degree in HRM or a related field, with previous experience in a business partner role in a complex environment. Progress towards, or completion of a post-graduate qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential. IR/ER knowledge, planning and analysis skills, with experience interpreting HR policy, compliance, risk frameworks, and enterprise agreements is highly desired, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 8 with an initial placement in the Medicine HR team located at Herston. The remuneration package will be in the range $92,811.16 - $104,214.40 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $108,589.06 - $121,930.85 p.a.).
