The University now wishes to appoint a Director of Estates who will make a significant contribution to the achievement of this vision and UCD’s future strategic development. The appointee will provide strategic leadership to the Estates team and ensure the efficient provision of services for estates planning, management and facility support activities.  They will work closely with the Bursar and Vice-President for Capital Development as well as other key internal and external stakeholders to devise and deliver the campus strategy and associated plans.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity in a highly ambitious and driven organisation. The successful candidate will join a committed and talented group of senior managerial colleagues and play a key strategic role in implementing the campus strategy.  This appointment represents a unique opportunity to contribute to UCD’s continued development.

Salary Scale: €114,740 - €144,186 per annum

Appointment will be made on scale in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
