Do you have skills and experience we can use in Digital Agriculture? Express your interest!
We are searching for outstanding individuals who can apply their skills and experience within digital agriculture, remote sensing and data science to contribute to FACRC Projects including the "Data Driven Profitability in the Grains Industry through On Farm Experimentation" projects.
Food Agility Cooperative Research Centre (FA-CRC) and its partners share a common purpose, to digitally transform Australia's food and agricultural industry.
In a world where everything is digitally connected, data is a critical asset. Food is no different - yet Australian agriculture is understood to have the lowest digital adoption of all industries. Digital technology is accepted as a key enabler across the food value chain. Despite the clear global trends, the Australian Farm Institute found in a 2016 report that Australia is far behind the USA in using digital information systems.
Food Agility's programs will drive digital service innovation across the agrifood ecosystem, enabled by data sharing and collaboration.
