ICT Support Assistant
The Greenwich University Faculty of Business is a small team of ICT professionals who provide systems support to administrative and academic staff. Reporting to the Senior ICT Support Officers the post holder will play an important role in improving and contributing to high quality customer care/ services within the department.
The main role of the ICT Support Officer will be the delivery/support and maintenance of our Student mobile IT Labs. The role holder will also be required to undertake any other administrative /IT related activities as and when required by the Senior team. The applicant is expected to possess excellent time keeping and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
The role will require daily moving of IT equipment, regular lone working during morning/evening shifts (8am – 9.30pm). The successful applicant will be offered work of up to 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
