The Directorate of Information & Library Services (ILS) is seeking to appoint two First Line Support Assistants, responsible for the provision of IT and audio-visual support within teaching spaces, computer labs, libraries and staff offices across its 3 campuses.

You will provide staff and students with support for general IT, account administration and other IT and Library services, requested in person or via the IT Service Desk.

Experience in supporting modern audio-visual systems, Microsoft Office (2016 and Office 365) is required, along with the ability to support Windows (currently Windows 7 and 10) and MACoperating environments under Active Directory.

This is an exciting opportunity to become partof a flexible and dynamic team.

You must exhibit a clear proficientcustomer focus, work in a calm and understanding manner, inspire confidence andtake control of situations which could be technically unpredictable.

Regular working at other University campuses, on a rota basis, along with some evening and occasional weekend workwill be an on-going requirement of this role.
