Senior Administrator, School of Law
The Faculty of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint Senior Administrators to coordinate School support services, taking responsibility for administrative provision, and ensuring an effective and efficient service is maintained across a wide range of School activities.
These are varied and challenging roles, liaising closely with academic and administrative colleagues, wider Faculty teams and university services, as well as with other external stakeholders. Candidates must have relevant administrative experience gained in a supervisory role. Proven experience of working at a senior level and of supporting and coordinating a range of events, meetings and activities is required.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to manage and plan tasks and projects and to delegate effectively. An analytic and systematic approach to work is required and experience of working in a higher education environment is desirable.
