The University of Greenwich has an ambitious plan to expand our Higher and Degree Apprenticeship provision and increase the number of students we have on apprenticeship programmes.
We are now looking to recruit an Apprenticeships Co-ordinator to work across the institution to ensure that both employers and apprentices experience a consistent and high quality service. You will work closely with academic and professional service colleagues to manage our apprenticeship provision, and maintain strong relationships with employers to promote and develop apprenticeship opportunities.
As the Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will be part of a university-wide group involved in the development and delivery of higher and degree apprenticeships. You will ensure that our employer relations are managed proactively and that positive relationships are facilitated internally to support the development of apprenticeship opportunities.
With experience of contract negotiation and setting up or managing educational partnerships with employers, you will ensure that the University of Greenwich is fully compliant with Education and Skills Funding Agency requirements and that employers have all the information and support they need in order to fulfil their obligations to their apprentices. You will be a confident communicator and comfortable working across all levels of an organisation.
